Whether you have attended our retreats in the past or are new to the inner journey this safe space will welcome all women who wish to be held exactly as they are. Enjoy a full weekend of movement medicine including yoga, Nia, sound healing, reiki touch, creative art expression, ritual sharing circles, self-discovery and connection to mother earth and her water.
Join Tina and Rachel from Friday, October 4th to Sunday, October 6th along with guest facilitators for 2 nights, 3 days at Galilee Centre, embodying the feminine energy in her fullest expression.
