Dining
Meals, with the exception of certain catered events, are served buffet style in our dining areas.
All stays at Galilee Centre include unlimited tea/coffee. We also provide an array of snack trays (at additional charge), as well as a bowl of whole fresh fruit (Apples, Oranges & Bananas).

We also host special events, such as Christmas and corporate parties with our chef’s hand-picked special events menu, offered either buffet style or personally served.

Dietary Restrictions
We make every effort, with sufficient notice, to accommodate our guests’ dietary limitations on a group basis. We provide a variety of healthy choices to satisfy the tastes of the majority of people. There may be circumstances under which guests will need to bring their own food.
Accommodation
Galilee offers both single and double rooms throughout the facility, with 36 bedrooms, sleeping up to 50 guests and several shared washroom facilities with shower and bath options available.
Each room features a wardrobe, reading desk and a private sink.
For guests interested in a longer Sabbatical retreat, rooms are also available in the Martha’s Cottage Annex, away from the main building.
Accessible washroom and bedrooms are available on the main floor.
Guests Provide:
Bring your toiletries, medicines and indoor shoes or slippers. Some toiletry items are available for purchase at the main office. We also recommend that you bring an extra sweater. Particularly as seasons and temperatures change, our boiler heated system can be slow to respond to adjustments.
Galilee Provides:
Galilee provides bedding (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, and pillow cases) and soap. As many of our guests are sensitive to odours and chemicals, we ask that you not bring perfumes, incense or scented toiletries. Candles are not permitted in the bedrooms. Please ask us for our specific restrictions on candle use elsewhere in the facility.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are booked individually. Groups of 10 or more who book accommodations for a minimum of 2 nights or more receive use of one conference room for free.
Full-day, half-day and hourly booking rates are available for maximum flexibility.
