True North Insight Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 4 or more weeks before a retreat begins, your deposit is refunded, less a $50 fee.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before a retreat begins, your deposit is not refunded.
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), the organization mandated by the
Ontario government to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act, requires by law
that all room and meal fees be paid directly to Galilee Centre. These are included in
registration fees listed above and will be collected by Galilee Centre.
