Cancellation fees for room bookings:
More than 30 days prior to arrival	NO FEE
30 to 7 days prior to arrival	$15.00/room/night
Less than 7 days prior to arrival	$50.00/room/night

Refunds, when required, will be processed in the same form as payment was made.

REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEES & TRAVEL INDUSTRY COUNCIL OF ONTARIO
COMPLIANCE:
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), the organization mandated by the
Ontario government to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act, requires by law
that all room and meal fees be paid directly to Galilee Centre, separate from the
payment of programming fees.
