SAVE THE DATE! Wednesday, June 10, 2026

More information coming soon.

“When you touch Earth with awareness, you can stop sleepwalking; we can arrive in the present moment in each step” Thich Nhat Hahn

The wisdoms of mindfulness have much to teach us; the container of the labyrinth holds us as we explore, learn, and create our path.

This retreat day will offer a Taste of Mindfulness Practice, within a spacious rhythm of Guided mindfulness meditation, walking meditation, and resting practice.

About the Facilitator: Susan Kehoe

Susan has been engaged in retreat design and facilitation for over 25 years and is the Coordinator of Contemplative Outreach Eastern Ontario. She is a trained spiritual director, Veriditas ™ Certified Labyrinth Facilitator and M4 Qualified Mindfulness Teacher.

For Susan, the labyrinth dovetails very well with the wisdoms and practice of mindfulness. She has found many new variations on the theme: Create the path by walking! Tending a walking meditation path in her garden labyrinth, she writes and is active in exploring how to live a more sustainable life.

Let the soul be fed for Earthsake!
