‘What we gather in contemplation goes out in love’ – Meister Eckhart
You are invited to spend an Advent Day in quiet reflection, group prayer and meditation, with time to walk the land of Galilee or indoor labyrinth, journal and rest.
This retreat day will include the Contemplative practice of Lectio Divina, receiving nourishment from the Advent scripture readings.

Susan has been engaged in contemplative retreat design and facilitation for over 25 years and has been leading retreats at Galilee Centre for over 15 years. A trained spiritual director with a particular interest in Contemplative practice, whether it is Centering Prayer, Mindfulness meditation, yoga, or bird watching. A Certified Veriditas labyrinth facilitator and Coordinator of Contemplative Outreach Eastern Ontario. Susan tends a walking meditation path in her garden labyrinth, writes, and is active in exploring how to live a more sustainable life.
