Recovery, Healing, and Growth are more than abstaining — it’s remembering ourselves.

At the Galilee Centre in Arnprior, we’ll gather near river and trees for a weekend of gentle art-making, contemplative practices, and shared reflection. Through paint, poetry, collage, writing, and intuitive creative process, we will explore how recovery awakens resilience, meaning, and authentic connection.

No artistic experience is needed. All pathways of recovery are welcome—substance use, food, codependency, perfectionism, mid-life transitions,  overworking, grief/loss, or the quiet act of returning to one’s own life.

First responders, healthcare workers, educators, caregivers, and others moving through burnout or compassion fatigue are warmly invited. Come rest, create, and rediscover a sense of belonging to self, others, and the natural world.
