Volunteer Opportunities include the following categories:

Grounds & Upkeep

  • Weeding and planting of garden beds
  • Upkeep of the Labyrinth
  • Seasonal Clean Up of the grounds in Spring/Fall

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Cleaning rooms including making beds and vacuuming
  • Painting touch ups
  • Small repairs around the Centre

Meals & Special Events

  • Serving meals for large groups and special events
  • Cleaning rooms including making beds and clearing and washing dishes
  • Performing music or leading programs

Communications & Marketing

  • Writing articles for the Galilee Newsletter and website
  • Creating promotional brochures and posters
  • Sharing information on social media

Guest Services & Advocacy

  • Weekend reception coverage
  • Representing Galilee at community events
  • Serving on the Board of Directors or Committees
